Assignment to Yokohama, Japan, and treatment of Vietnam battle casualties, 1966-69; assignment to Dong Tam with 3rd Surgical Hospital, 1969; treatment of battle casualties in operating room; living accommodations; hospital facilities; transfer of 3rd Surgical Hospital to Can Tho, 1969; hospital facilities at Can Tho; leisure time and recreation; treatment of South Vietnamese military personnel and civilians; "short time" and out-processing; post- Vietnam adjustments; employment with Veterans Administration and dealing with Vietnam veterans.
